This red Formula is striking with its contrasting W50 Appearance Package.

All those SEs in a row, with their hood birds pointed toward the sky, made for an impressive display.

This trio of Second-Gens runs the gamut from early to late and from a modified vintage road racer look to factory stock.

This is Steve Hamilton's '69 T/A convertible replicar.

On display at Tipp City was another pair of rarities. The Lucerne Blue '72 455 H.O. T/A is one of just 1,286 units produced in its strike-shortened model year. This NASCAR Edition '81 Turbo T/A features standard Recaro buckets and is one of just 2,000 built.

Fourth-Gen rarities such as the 30th Anniversary T/A and mild modifieds such as the red T/A with black Anniversary/ CETA-style stripes next to it were in abundance on the show field.

Robin Zfenix's dual-colored '91 Firebird took home the Dayton International Airport Award. Check out those doors as well as how the color scheme continues under the hood.

Denny Sullivan's 2,985-mile '79 Trans Am won the HPP Editor's Choice Award. Before being shown for the first time at the Trans Am Nationals, it underwent a two-year frame-off restoration that culminated in a $20,000 paint job. It excelled in every detail.

This miniature Trans Am pedal car features actual Trans Am cloth upholstery. The bigger Trans Am is an '80 Indy Pace Car Edition.
