Another rare sight was this...
Another rare sight was this '81 NASCAR Pace Car. With just 2,000 produced, they came from the factory with the 301 Turbo engine, WS6 suspension, black-on-red two-tone interior with embroidered Birds and Recaro seats. They also had many Trans Am options as standard, and the dash lights were red like the '80 Indy Pace Car. Note the 16-inch Third-Gen GTA wheels.
