Tom seems to live by the credo "Go big or go home." His choice was to go big, making the trip to Lingenfelter's Decatur, Indiana, shop for installation of an LPE-built, 428ci, low-compression C5R block complete with ported heads, a FAST LSX intake, a turbo cam, a custom tune, and of course, the Incon twin-turbo kit. At the time, LPE was not making its own TT kits in house, but the Incon kit was the only one the company would use. Less than 200 were ever made, and they featured two Garrett ball bearing turbos, air-to-air intercoolers, 2.5-inch downpipes, and a blow-through mass air meter.
