 The Turbo Hydromatic transmission...  The Turbo Hydromatic transmission was in as good of shape as the rest of the car. Here you can see the standard sport shifter that allowed for manual upshifting, much like a Hurst Dual Gate.  This rear-mounted 8-track...  This rear-mounted 8-track was a $133.76 option on top of the $156.93 AM/FM radio.  This SJ option, code 324,...  This SJ option, code 324, came with a 370hp 428, Rally gauges, front power disc brakes, Automatic Level Control, lamp group, and G78x14 white stripe tires for just $244.34.  John DeLorean saw changes...  John DeLorean saw changes coming, and changed the Pontiac to fit the future. Nothing says futuristic, or should we say "retro,"-or both-like this nose. Notice the attention to detail with the filler panel used on top of it.  Seen here, the '69 is covered...  Seen here, the '69 is covered in its non-original paint, a basic red. Dave found the correct color on the firewall during his restoration.  The interior has been stripped...  The interior has been stripped for new upholstery and carpeting, but check out that dash.
