1967 Pontiac GTO Grease Pencil
There is a "C" in white grease pencil to denote the body-color code for Cameo Ivory. Dean relates that it also says 219 (it can't be seen here), which would denote the interior color. According to John Sawruk, the grease pencil markings could have been made before the black paint was applied and what we see are actually the pencil marks bleeding through the paint, or it could have been done after the area was painted. "This again appears to relate to some Fisher Body process which may have been plant or plant-shift specific."

1967 Pontiac GTO DELCO Voltage Regulator
Quint notes, "The Delco voltage regulator's resistor connector is white, which is original. Replacements don't come that way anymore." Also the verbiage on the regulator cover is three lines: "Delco-," "Remy," and "Made in USA." Replacements are just two lines with "Delco-Remy" on the same line.

1967 Pontiac GTO Cowl Tag
Notice the lowercase "C" in the date code and the body-color paint code, something we haven't seen before. John Sawruk explains, "Since there was no legal requirement with regard to cowl tags, the plant had the freedom to stamp the tags anyway it wanted for the workers to use them. This could have been viewed as an inconsequential mistake by the plant."

The rear harness, which is visible from the trunk behind the rear seat, reveals another factory procedure. Note the white paper wrapped up with the speaker wiring. It could serve one of many different purposes; job lot ID paper to identify an assembly-line bin, a part-number tag, a build-date tag, or some other ID.
