Owner Bio: Ike Heckler Jr.
Ike Heckler Jr., a 46-year-old land developer in Palm Bay, Florida, bought his LeMans in 1985. He recalls: "It was Candyapple Red with a black hardtop, had L-60s on the back and F-70s on the front with Western Slot rims ... had to have it." After a successful land development deal in the Poconos where he first started securing major racing sponsors, Ike relocated to Florida and continued his racing hobby. He campaigns 20 races a year on a semi-pro schedule and has rounded up an impressive list of sponsors, which includes as primary, Premier Properties of the Space Coast; major associates, Hunyady Auction Company, VP Racing Fuels; associates, CARQUEST Auto Parts, George's Service Center II, Watash Speed Shop, Giant Recreation World, MortgageAmerica, Geo*Fitness, Keegan Tees, and Sign Studio.
