1976 Pontiac Anniversary Edition Trans Am - Golden Anniversary Waltz
|
This may look like an ordinary '76 Special Edition Trans Am, but it's the actual black-and-gold '73 T/A that Pontiac's John Schinella presented to Vice President of GM Design Bill Mitchell. An inspiration for the S/E package, the car's appearance was updated during its tenure as a Divisional show car, and today remains in unrestored condition. Bob Phillips of Tulsa, Oklahoma presently owns it. Note the original gold-lettered tires, which were to be part of the production S/E package. View Related Article
