An M20 wide-ratio transmission with floor-mounted Hurst shifter was standard equipment. This one was completely rebuilt, and features a stock replacement 10.4-inch clutch disc and pressure-plate assembly. The Hurst shifter is the Trans Am's original; while some '70 Firebirds used a simulated leather shift knob, this particular example received a black ball. View Related Article
