Owner Bio: Jim Jammel
Jim Jammel, a 44-year-old registered nurse, says he enjoys traveling around the country with his friends and having a good time racing. He bought his Pontiac in 2004 because he wanted a full-tube car to replace a back-half '73 Firebird he raced for 10 years. His favorite moment in the Trans Am was running 8.08 at 167 mph in Gainesville at a BOP race and getting to the finals in Quick 16 in Norwalk in 2006. He also owns an 11-second '79 Trans Am WS6, T-top, four-speed car.
