Owner Bio: Owen Priest
Owen, the 35-year-old owner of Advanced Racing Dynamics (ARD) in Houston, Texas, has been racing for 15 years. He bought his '01 Formula in 2002 because, "I wanted to enter the LS market and this was my first LS-series car," he says. The T/A is special to him because as the owner of ARD, "I've done all the work myself, and although it will run 8s in good weather, a simple change of the tires and it can be cruised to a local car show or driven around town." His favorite moment in it was winning the Texas Fastest Street Car shootout in 2007. After purchasing his first Formula, Owen picked up a '99 Formula and then added a '09 G8 GXP to his collection.
