Sayonara Sub-Frame

Schwartz Performance’s G-Machine chassis for the ’71-’74 Ventura and ’74 GTO is a decked-out full frame that bolts under your unibody and saves 75 pounds compared to factory components. Features include needle-bearing-equipped upper A-arms, which are engineered with separate camber and caster adjustments without using shims; a four-bar system with teflon-lined spherical rod-ends for bind-free operation and a smooth ride; and longer shocks at all four corners to improve the overall handling and tuning of the suspension. According to the company, the frame design brings you: “A Pro-Touring stance with 1.08 g in the corners and luxury-car comfort in the straights, without sacrificing any ground clearance.” The price starts at $9,299.
