Here's a look at what's now the most common front valance panel and the first of two styles. It's a sheetmetal version believed used from '70-72 with air entry openings that are "notched" into the top of the panel. The ones of this type used on Trans Ams will be different from all the other Firebird models in that they will have three pairs of punched out rectangles and circles where the speed nuts secure the chin spoiler. From '70-72, the front marker light lenses were clear plastic with amber bulbs. For '73, the lenses are amber plastic, and are not reproduced, while the clear ones are. View Related Article
