The cam is a 55mm billet solid roller from Comp Cams. It features 261/268 degrees duration at 0.050 and a whopping 0.828/0.828 lift when used with the Crane 1.8:1 rockers. Lobe-separation angle is 107 degrees and is installed at 104 degrees. The cam on the left is a Chevy stick, but it's the same size as a stock Pontiac piece and is shown here for comparison.

The bottom of the cylinders are notched to allow up to a 4.75-inch stroke without grinding. Note the crank scraper that Kaase made.
