This is what your exhaust... This is what your exhaust clamp shouldn't look like. This position may lead to debris being caught and dragged under the car, but we had no choice. Since the Corsa I-pipe has relief cuts on the sides, we had to adjust the clamp to cover them. Our Y-pipe had to be cut a little short so there was some open area exposed, and we didn't want to weld if we didn't have to. The provided Torca clamps work great. Put these on loose until you finish the positioning of the entire system. You will be required to reuse... You will be required to reuse the same mounting brackets that came with the car, as well as the ones Corsa supplies. This will be the load bearing clamp, so be sure you have it on tight, as we had to remove it to take the previous system off. With the I-pipe in place,... With the I-pipe in place, we installed the over-axle and connected it to the bracket. The connection before the axle will need to be adjusted to position the muffler properly. This is about what it should... This is about what it should look like, and there should be very little horizontal movement on the pipe. Make sure you aren't too close... Make sure you aren't too close to any metal objects around the axle area. We didn't need to put the clamp on yet since the connection had enough tension to keep it in place, but it's possible that you may. Again, keep all the clamps loose, just enough to provide some tension. This is the bracket that you... This is the bracket that you need to place inside the rear frame, near the bumper. Be sure to remove the bolts and washers that are connected to it before you install, though. Corsa's kit requires you to... Corsa's kit requires you to build an exhaust hangar; each one is clearly marked with which side goes up, and which side to install it on. These make the tips solid, and easier to align properly. This is what we meant by "inside... This is what we meant by "inside the rear frame." There is a small rectangular opening that faces the fuel tank on each side. Simply place the bracket flat inside and align it with the two rear ground-facing holes near the bumper. We found that if you use your... We found that if you use your finger to guide the bracket, it was easier to position properly.
