The offset intake rockers and a new set of LS1/LS2 exhaust rockers are positioned, Teflon paste is put on the ends of the intake rocker bolts, and all of the 8mm rocker arm bolts are torqued to 24 ft-lb. Note the TSP dual-spring kit (PN 199-SPKIT; retail $289.99), which includes premium-grade springs rated to 0.660-inch lift and come complete with hardened seats, viton seals, and titanium retainers. Once the valvetrain is complete, stock LS1 valve covers are installed and the hardware is torqued to 106 in-lb. View Related Article
