Here is a photo of my '05 GTO's driver-side rotor after the track day at Sebring. Brembo claims that rotors can reach anywhere from 1,000 to 1,500 degrees Fahrenheit at the end of a braking zone in the majority of road-racing applications. The result of super-heating the rotors is thermal-fatigue cracks, as seen here. View Related Article
