Joe installs the smooth LS2 valvecovers with the original 8mm bolts and torques them to 106 in-lb. He also inserts the exhaust gaskets and bolts on the headers. We didn't torque these bolts down, but GM calls for 18 ft-lb. The American Racing 1 7/8-inch headers and high-flow cats and the CORSA Sport exhaust were all installed prior to baseline testing.
