While the Holley carburetor stand was drying, we turned our attention to creating the Quadrajet stand. After sawing identical 6-inch legs and cutting ¾-inch holes in the base, the legs were ready to be drilled for pins—except for one small detail. When we turned it upside down, the rear of the carburetor was 2¼-inches shorter than the front and couldn’t be mounted unless we employed spacers and longer pins. View Related Article
