[12] The lower pulley is reinstalled and its four retaining bolts are tightened to 20 ft-lb using a 1⁄2-inch socket. Be sure to reinstall the spacer ring between the bolts and pulley. It evenly disperses the fastener load, which can otherwise tear out the bolt holes during normal operation. View Related Article
